Gadget Review: BlackBerry Bold vs. iPhone 3G. BlackBerry or iPhone? That is the question I hear every day from a person who has received one of the cool gadgets. So people, this review will surely draw information on both phones, and I hope that you will be able to draw some conclusions at the end.
As you know from my previous post: Gadget Review: iPhone 3G, iPhone owners, I am very happy. I have a BlackBerry Bold, but many of my friends are in possession of a Competitive Research In Motion (RIM) gadget. I played with him several times, and I think I have very good “relationship” with the BlackBerry.
The BlackBerry Bold has a very elegant design, unlike its predecessors. I thought the appearance of the gadget a lot. The QWERTY keyboard is not always easy to use and the keys are properly trained to enter data into the gadget. But one of the main features of the BlackBerry Bold is its display. The gadget is a half-VGA resolution of 480 x 320 pixels. The picture quality is very high, and I’d be delighted to see the last episode of Two and a Half Men. E-mail on the Bold is excellent. I do not think there is real competition for this particular aspect of the BlackBerry because it is the most important characteristic that RIM has tried to improve with each release a new gadget. And of course the BlackBerry Messenger. Loved by many and desired by others. The BlackBerry service is free, and seems to be released BlackBerry. This cool digital gadgets reduces the text of your email account. Yes, of course, only for BlackBerry devices, which makes a particular feature for the RIM device.
Well …. to revise the disadvantages Yes, there are drawbacks! The BlackBerry Bold is big enough. Its size is not possible, the perfect mix in the bag. If RIM is able to reduce the size of the BlackBerry Bold sports a pearl, I think the customer base for the gadget could significantly increase. BlackBerry Bold browser, while improving, is still far from being in a user-friendly interface. Navigation is done with the mouse wheel in the center of the device and the constant movement can navigate through the pages long and tiring. I hope that RIM is thinking about something for the future of BlackBerry devices. The screen, although it is clear medium. But this is the commitment of most gadgets is not a touchscreen. Finally, the device maintains a desirable improvement. BlackBerry Bold comes into effect, with a flash and the camera is a 3.2-megapixel camera, but Sony Ericsson Cybershot BlackBerry gadget dwarfs in comparison, but let the gadget from Sony Ericsson to further revision.
A comparison between the BlackBerry Bold to the iPhone is a huge task 3GS enough (unlike my previous relationship of the iPhone and the Nokia N-95), and in my opinion are both devices for different target markets and the end a little differently. However, we will try and compare the two devices.
The comparison of the screen is very simple: you get a larger screen with the iPhone, but the quality is better on the BlackBerry Bold. Now, observe the screen of the iPhone is the glue that holds everything together. While large, it’s almost like when you put all your eggs in one basket - not to crack the screen, the gadget could suffer performance. This is double-edged sword kind of touchscreen phones!
If you are real and tangible input key data such as the BlackBerry Bold, the preferred keypad on the iPhone is complete, the choice pretty obvious what’s really up to user preferences. Personally, I happen to love the keyboard of the iPhone, but I have a problem with the Blackberry a good is simply that I prefer a bigger screen and keyboard of the iPhone, is a very efficient device.
The camera. To be honest, this comparison between the two devices under the images Appearance “describes the race as” Special Olympics. Now I have nothing against the disabled population of our world, and we apologize if this offensive, but simply said the two chambers of the iPhone and the BlackBerry Bold is not easy to get on equal footing with you. IPhone BlackBerry assets in a camera of 1.2 megapixels and a flash, but not really something that shows very proud of it for all my friends. Press forward.
E-mail. Absolutely no competition. The BlackBerry for e-mail forward. iPhone has a decent mail client, and simple, but not even close to the gadget of RIM.
